noun-adjective pairing. Remember that the adjectives we have been using cannot
take 3rd declension endings, even if their partner nouns belong to that
declension. Make sure the noun and adjective agree in gender, number, and case.
Example: magnA arbor, feminine singular nominative, even though the adjective is
1st declension and the noun is 3rd.
